• Own daily performance and long-term capability of lithography scanner tools to ensure efficiency, overlay, CD/Focus/Dose stability, yield, and uptime meet production targets.
• Lead continuous advancement activities and tool selection workflows, emphasizing defect decrease and effective process oversight.
• Collaborate closely with Process, Production, Yield, and Facilities teams to ensure flawless execution and integration of projects.
• Strictly monitor and determine efficient performance parameters for lithography tools, ensuring alignment with production goals.
