The semiconductor industry has its own language, its own career paths, and its own hiring patterns. It deserves its own platform.

We're a team of semiconductor and software engineers based across the US and India. Over the last decade we've watched the industry shift from a quiet specialty to one of the fastest-growing sectors in the world — and the arrival of AI is accelerating it further.

The talent gap is real, in both directions

High industry growth has created extraordinary demand for semiconductor engineers. Companies post hundreds of high-paying roles every day, across continents — yet many of those roles stay open for months because the right engineers can't find them.

AI matcher ranks every open role against your profile and shows you the ones that actually fit. This is like a personal assistant working 24*7 to give you the best jobs that helps your career growth.

We also publish weekly newsletter, data-backed pieces on salaries, hiring trends, and career paths — written by people who have actually worked in fabs, design houses, and EDA-tool teams.

Where we are today

SiliconBoard is live and growing. Engineers across the world use the platform to discover roles, track applications, and stay informed about the industry without wading through general-purpose job boards. We're a small team with a big mission — and we're just getting started.
