Job Description
You will be the Test Engineer for our team in Lufkin, TX. Our team is responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronic systems and components, and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Test Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, procedures, and scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our electronic systems and components. You will work closely with our team to troubleshoot and resolve test-related issues, and to support the development and integration of new test systems and procedures. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining test documents, including test plans, procedures, and scripts
Coordinating system resources to support testing, including equipment, software, and personnel
Executing test procedures and analyzing test results to identify and troubleshoot issues
Supporting test development, integration, and anomaly resolution as required
Working with our team to develop and implement new test methodologies and technologies
Supporting off-hours testing and associated projects as needed
This position may require up to 20% overtime annually in support of program execution.

Knowledge/experience with ESS testing in the areas of CCA and Sub assemblies utilizing thermal chambers and vibe tables.
Familiarity with programming languages such as C, C++, and CVI
Experience with NI products, specifically TestStand and LabVIEW
