Job Description

You will be the System Integration, Test, and Evaluation (IT&E) Engineer to support a program's system integration and system qualification initiatives in Orlando, FL. Our team is responsible for executing sub-system and system level integration and tests for new and existing products.

What You Will Be Doing

As the IT&E Engineer, you will be responsible for working in the laboratory onsite:

Generating and executing sub-system and system level integration and test plans/procedures
Supporting the preparation of test equipment and facilities required for test events
Supporting Design Verification Tests (DVT) and Qualification tests, including Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), and Functional Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) for new hardware
Support Failure investigations and resolution of hardware, software and test equipment anomalies that have occurred during system and subsystem testing
Provide engineering evaluations of redesigns or upgrades to the existing missile
This position requires the ability to travel domestically to support program test events and meetings.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. A Final Secret Clearance is required to start.

Desired Skills

Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
Experience with Design Verification Testing (DVT), Laboratory Testing, Field Ground Testing, and/or Flight Test
Experience with missile integration or sensor (EO/IR) integration
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, and DO-160
Familiarity with test automation frameworks and

tools, such as LabVIEW or TestStand

Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as MATLAB or Python
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic

environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex test data and provide recommendations for

product design improvements

Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail, with ability to ensure

accurate and reliable test results

Experience with design assurance reviews as it relates to verification methods and planning
Experience with preparing for Test Readiness and Flight Readiness Reviews (TRR/FRR)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
