LM Space is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the design, development, verification, and integration of complex aerospace and space systems, translating high level mission objectives into clear system architectures, interface control documents, and integration schedules.

This role helps coordinate hardware, software, and test teams to ensure that every subsystem meets rigorous performance, safety, and reliability criteria while complying with all relevant regulations. The engineer is responsible for system level test planning and execution, configuration baseline management. The position requires extensive collaboration with the overall program team.

Requirements Verification and Validation
Strong experience with model‑based systems engineering (MBSE) tools (Cameo, Enterprise Architect).
INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP)
Systems Thinking - Ability to view the system holistically and understand interdependencies across hardware, software, and operations.
Detail‑Oriented - Meticulous at maintaining end‑to‑end requirement traceability from stakeholder need through verification evidence.
Problem Solving -Proactive in identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and driving decisions forward.
Collaboration - Works effectively in multidisciplinary teams and fosters a culture of shared ownership.
Adaptability -Comfortable operating in a dynamic R&D environment where requirements may evolve rapidly.
