The Role
You'll lead mechanical design projects from inception through completion across a diverse and genuinely interesting project portfolio - spanning healthcare, federal and defense facilities, commercial developments, civic buildings, and academic institutions. No two projects the same.
Responsibilities
Lead mechanical design projects through the full project lifecycle
Mentor and support junior engineering staff
Coordinate with clients, project managers, and other disciplines
Assist with QA/QC and ensure compliance with current industry standards
Stay current with codes, standards, and best practices in MEP design
What You'll Need
BS in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
PE license preferred; EIT considered for strong candidates
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCad, Microsoft Word and Excel
Solid MEP design experience with a collaborative, team-first approach
Curiosity, good judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities
