Senior Hardware Engineer

Lumicity is partnered with a semiconductor company who are developing record-setting high speed silicon photonics technology for next-generation AI and data center infrastructure.
They are looking for a hands-on Senior Hardware Engineer who wants real ownership - taking hardware from architecture and schematic design through PCB bring-up, debug, validation and productization.
What we're looking for
Strong schematic + multilayer PCB design experience.
High-speed digital, SerDes, analog and/or RF hardware.
Hands-on board bring-up, debugging and lab testing.
Experience with SI/PI or other high-speed design considerations.
Exposure to ASICs, FPGAs, DSPs or complex embedded hardware.
Backgrounds across networking hardware, semiconductor systems, RF/microwave, telecom, instrumentation or other high-speed electronic products are also encouraged to apply.
