Senior Hardware Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities
· Design and develop electronic hardware for smart home automation and IoT consumer products.
· Define hardware architecture based on product and system requirements.
· Design analog and digital circuits for embedded electronic systems.
· Develop AC/DC, DC/DC power supplies, SMPS, LED driver, and protection circuits.
· Create schematics and review PCB layouts for electrical performance, manufacturability, and reliability.
· Perform board bring-up, hardware debugging, testing, validation, and performance optimization.
· Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for product and manufacturing issues.
· Collaborate with Firmware, Mechanical, Industrial Design, Sourcing, and Manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
· Support prototype development, engineering validation, certification, and production release.
· Prepare and maintain technical documentation including schematics, BOMs, design specifications, validation reports, and engineering change documentation.
· Drive continuous improvements in product quality, reliability, and cost optimization.

Qualifications
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
· 4+ years of experience in hardware design and electronic product development.
· Demonstrated experience delivering commercial products from concept through production.
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
