A top-tier private equity firm has recently acquired this business and is investing heavily in Data and AI. A new Head of Data has been brought in to build the function from the ground up, creating a rare opportunity to join at the start and have a genuine influence on the team's direction.
As an MLOps / LLMOps Engineer, you'll own the infrastructure behind production AI systems. You'll build deployment pipelines, observability frameworks, evaluation tooling, and the operational guardrails that allow LLM applications to run reliably at scale. You'll work with technologies such as LangSmith, MLflow, LangChain, LangGraph, and PromptFlow, helping define how AI solutions are deployed, monitored, evaluated, and improved in production.
This is a highly visible role where you'll partner closely with AI Engineers and Data Leaders to establish best practices around model and prompt versioning, telemetry, evaluation, reliability, security, and cost management.
We're looking for someone with a strong DevOps, SRE, or MLOps background and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS or Azure, and modern CI/CD tooling. You have successfully deployed and supported production LLM applications, understand the unique challenges of operating non-deterministic AI systems, and have a strong understanding of prompt lifecycle management, evaluation frameworks, and prompt optimization for production LLM applications.
If you're excited by the opportunity to help build an AI platform from the ground up, influence technical direction, and have a lasting impact on how a growing organization adopts AI, I'd be happy to tell you more.
No up-to-date CV required.
