Mechanical Design Engineer (FEA)

Lead the development, design, and engineering analysis of commercial components, structures, and assemblies
Utilize PTC Creo for 3D modeling, detailed design, and product development initiatives
Perform finite element analysis (FEA) using ANSYS and PTC Creo to validate designs and ensure structural integrity
Drive new product development efforts from initial concept through prototyping and final production release
Manage the full product lifecycle including prototyping through completion of commercial-grade products
Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience designing metal products
Proficiency in any 3D CAD software platform
Working knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) methodologies and tools
BSME degree preferred
