Roles & Responsibilities
Experience with various power conversion topologies, DC/AC Inverters, Motor Control, high voltage/high power converters
Conduct Power Integrity (DC/AC) and EMI/EMC simulations for high-voltage DC-DC converters using tools like Ansys AEDT.
Delivers power integrity and EMI/EMC solutions for L&T Semiconductor products including Chip/package and SiC/IGBT High voltage Power modules.
Advanced EMI filter design and test to optimize performance and reduce noise
Collaborates with the silicon integration team, die floor planners, system hardware and package design team to optimize the on-die decoupling partitions and implement the package decoupling scheme
Debug support to ensure adherence to Power Integrity (AC/DC) specifications
Collaborate with test labs to ensure module/system level EMI compliance
Ability to perform Correlation of pre-silicon analysis/estimations with lab results
Hands-on expertise in Ansys AEDT, SiWave/HFSS/Maxwell, Dassault CST studio or equivalent simulation suites.
Signal integrity simulations for high-speed or low speed interface is a plus
Excellent technical knowhow to drive technical paper and patent filing
Ability to Lead, mentor and train junior engineers
