Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai with Prime Heat Furnaces Pvt. Ltd. The Job Title will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations related to industrial furnace projects, including coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate execution of work. The role will involve preparing and maintaining documentation, reports, and records, as well as assisting in project planning, monitoring, and follow-up on deliverables. The individual will collaborate closely with engineering, production, and service teams to help resolve issues, track progress, and maintain quality standards. The role also includes participating in meetings, sharing updates with stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong technical aptitude and interest in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
Proficiency in basic office tools (e.g., MS Office or similar) for documentation, reporting, and communication.
Effective communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety.
Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in engineering, industrial production, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Willingness to work on-site in an industrial setting in Mumbai and occasionally visit customer locations as needed.
Prior experience in the furnace, steel, or heavy engineering sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
