Senior FPGA Engineer
Remote (US/Canada) | Contract | Multiple Openings
We are seeking experienced FPGA Engineers to support development of advanced digital systems utilizing Xilinx FPGA technology.
Responsibilities
Design and implement FPGA-based digital systems
Develop custom digital logic using VHDL
Perform simulation, verification, synthesis, and debugging
Conduct timing analysis and closure activities
Support system integration and board-level validation
Collaborate with software, hardware, and systems engineering teams
Support prototype bring-up and production releases
Qualifications
8+ years FPGA development experience
Strong Xilinx FPGA experience
Advanced Vivado Design Suite experience
Strong VHDL programming skills
FPGA verification and testing experience
Timing analysis and closure expertise
Experience with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Preferred Skills
UVM
Board verification
Python
Tcl scripting
Hardware/firmware debugging
