Established Search is partnered with an innovative neurostimulation medical device company entering a significant growth phase across the U.S. market.
We are seeking multiple Field Clinical Engineers to support clinical trial activity, investigator engagement, patient enrolment, and procedural success across key territories nationwide.
The positions will play a critical role supporting investigators, physicians, and clinical sites throughout study enrolment, therapy optimization, and ongoing procedural support. This is a highly visible opportunity within a rapidly expanding organization, offering strong long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and clinical support during procedures and site visits
Partner closely with investigators, neurologists, neurosurgeons, and clinical research teams
Support clinical trial enrolment, site activation, and ongoing engagement
Deliver product education and therapy training to physicians and hospital staff
Capture site feedback, procedural learnings, and field insights for internal stakeholders
Support quarterly business and clinical objectives across assigned territories
Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, R&D, and Commercial teams
Maintain strong relationships with study sites to optimize trial performance and patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
3+ years of medical device clinical support experience
Prior experience supporting implantable technologies, neuromodulation, cardiac rhythm management, or other highly technical therapies
Strong experience working directly with physicians, investigators, and hospital stakeholders
Experience supporting clinical studies or trial enrolment activities preferred
Comfortable operating in fast-paced start-up or high-growth environments
Strong communication skills with a proactive, accountable mindset
Willingness to travel extensively (50–80%)
