Job Requirements:

Minimum bachelor's degree and above
Should be familiar with EDA tools: Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics
Hands-on experience with electronic lab instruments
Work full time
Interest in Semiconductor area

Responsibilities

Engineer / Senior Engineer - HIGH VOLTAGE DEV

Major Specialization:Electronics, Micro-Electronic, Computer or others

Job Summary

Run & calibrate TCAD deck for new technology/device development
TCAD support to investigate customer issue
Layout drawing using Laker or Cadence
E-test structure layout and maintenance
Device measurement and analysis
Support technology development daily task (documentation, data evaluation, etc.)
