Assist in electrical system design, circuit design, and PCB development
Contribute to embedded systems development (microcontrollers, firmware, communications)
Perform basic circuit analysis, simulations, and documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system-level integration
Assist with troubleshooting electrical systems, including lab testing and debugging
Participate in design reviews and contribute technical input
Support development of engineering documentation, requirements, and test reports
Help with prototype assembly, soldering, wiring, and lab testing
Communicate progress and technical findings clearly with team members
Continuously build technical skills and knowledge
Be responsible for deadlines, technically excellent, and accountable for your work
Constantly strive to improve your own technical skills, company processes, and be willing to both teach and learn from your peers
Travel when required to support hardware assembly, testing, and integration

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field
Experience with CAD and circuit simulation software packages
Hands-on experience in the design and development of electronics, electromechanical systems, or PCBs (internship and project team experience is applicable)
Exposure to circuit design, PCB design, or embedded systems development
Familiarity with CAD or circuit simulation tools
Basic hands-on experience with electronics lab equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, soldering tools, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to create, maintain, and improve processes involved in the practice of engineering and product development
Demonstrated ability to run design reviews, generate requirements, create product specifications and documentation, and perform end-to-end product testing
Proof of US Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is required to comply with ITAR regulations

Preferred Skills:

Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
Various years of professional experience in electrical design and analysis
PCB / PCBA design experience, preferably using Altium
Exposure to embedded programming (C/C++, or similar)
Familiarity with electromechanical systems (robotics, motor control, etc.)
Exposure to debugging and troubleshooting hardware issues
Hands-on experience building or testing hardware systems
Interest in robotics, aerospace, automation, or advanced hardware systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
