About the Role
Join a high-performing engineering team supporting large-scale design-build construction projects across the U.S. This role sits at the center of project execution—owning electrical design, collaborating with clients, and guiding projects from concept through construction.
You’ll play a key role in delivering innovative, cost-effective electrical systems while mentoring junior engineers and maintaining high design standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead electrical design efforts across multiple projects (bidding → design → permitting → construction)
Develop optimized, value-conscious design solutions aligned with client needs and budgets
Produce detailed drawings and models using industry tools and best practices
Provide value engineering and efficiency improvements on existing designs
Serve as a technical lead—supporting and mentoring junior team members
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout the lifecycle
Ensure all designs meet applicable codes and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of electrical design experience in construction or design-build environments
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and design fundamentals
Familiarity with NEC, IBC, IECC, and life safety codes
Proficiency in Revit (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
PE license preferred
Strong problem-solving skills (both strategic and technical)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
