DEM Manufacturing is hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer to support the development of embedded electronic products used in military communications, medical devices, and other high reliability applications.
This is a hands on engineering role with direct involvement in product development from concept through production. You’ll work across hardware, embedded firmware, PCB design, manufacturing support, and test development in a collaborative engineering and manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Work On
• Embedded electronic system design
• Circuit schematic capture and PCB layout
• Firmware development for embedded microcontrollers
• Bluetooth and USB integration
• EMI/RFI mitigation and signal integrity
• Manufacturing test fixtures and test procedures
• Design for Manufacturability (DFM) improvements
• Cross functional collaboration with mechanical, manufacturing, software, and quality teams

What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of electrical engineering or embedded systems experience
• Strong experience with PCB design and layout
• Embedded firmware development experience
• Experience with microcontrollers, digital circuitry, and real time systems
• Familiarity with tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers
• Experience in military, aerospace, defense, medical device, or other high reliability environments is strongly preferred

Preferred Experience
• Altium Designer
• Bluetooth / USB integration
• EMI/RFI mitigation
• DFM and production support
• IEC 60601, ISO 13485, MIL STD, IPC, or related standards
