Responsibilities:
Develop and implement DFT and manufacturing test strategies.
Support ICT, Flying Probe, Boundary Scan, FCT, and EOL testing.
Define test coverage, fault detection, diagnostics, and acceptance criteria.
Develop manufacturing test specifications and validation plans.
Work with Electrical and Firmware teams to implement DFT requirements.
Design and support automated test fixtures and test equipment.
Work with vendors on fixture development and test system integration.
Support NPI, production ramp, yield improvement, and root-cause analysis.
Develop test data collection, traceability, and MES integration requirements.
Use test instrumentation such as DAQs, DMMs, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and electronic loads.
Support manufacturing troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
