Structural Bridge Engineer – Project Manager
Structural Bridge Engineer – SME

Roadway Design Engineer – Project Manager

What You’ll Do
Depending on your level (Engineer / SME / PM), responsibilities include:
Leading or supporting bridge and roadway design projects
Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships
Performing structural analysis, design, and plan development
Working closely with DOTs and municipalities (NCDOT, ODOT, etc.)
Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team development
Supporting business development and client engagement
Ensuring quality, compliance, and engineering excellence
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (required)
PE License required OR must obtain within 1 year
Experience ranges:
4–10 years for Engineers
10+ years for SMEs & Project Managers
Strong experience with:
DOT projects (NCDOT, ODOT preferred)
Tools: MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD, Civil 3D
AASHTO standards (for bridge roles)
Work Setup & Flexibility
Hybrid model: Remote + 1–2 days in office
Locations: North Carolina & Ohio
