Standard Job Description
You will be the Circuit Design Engineer for the Hardware Engineering team at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC). Our team delivers precision engagement aerospace and defense systems, designing, building and fielding the electrical hardware that powers missiles, sensors and other mission critical subsystems for the United States and allied militaries.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Circuit Design Engineer you will design, prototype, qualify, and support the circuits that power the ARRW VMC, delivering rapid, accurate solutions while collaborating with engineering, test, and manufacturing groups. Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the primary point of contact for VMC hardware across the LRIP effort.
Performing electrical testing, firmware/FPGA verification, and electro mechanical packaging reviews to keep supplier deliveries on schedule.
Leading yield investigations and failure review boards, driving urgent corrective actions when anomalies arise.
Coordinating daily with Global Supply Chain, Program Management, Chief Engineering, and the Glider Integration Product Team.
Preparing and delivering clear technical presentations to government customers and internal stakeholders.
Documenting lessons learned and updating reliability metrics to continuously improve product robustness.
Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree or higher from anaccredited college in Electrical Engineering orequivalent, with a minimum of eight years ofprofessional experience
Experienced working in a production environment and troubleshooting CCA hardware.
Proven background providing production line support, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
Strong hands on skills and use of oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers, power suppliers & automated test equipment
Experienced dispositioning non-conforming hardware (Failure Review Board + Material Review Board)
Desired Skills
Experienced with MFC Circuit card design processes
Experienced leading Failure review activities
Experienced with schematic capture tools
Experienced with circuit simulation tools- Experience with missile systems- Experience with hypersonic systems
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $148300.00 - $275500.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
