Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.

Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement calibration procedures and techniques
Ontime calibration of equipment’s with External vendors, OEM or Internally
Identify and rectify problems associated with equipment calibration and performance
Maintain calibration records for audit purposes
Perform the periodical dust particle count measurement
Recommend and implement improvements for calibration procedures and methods
Train and assist other technicians in calibration techniques
Order, maintain, and manage calibration equipment and tools
Ensure that all calibration activities adhere to quality standards and regulations
Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures for calibration processes.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts for calibration processes and systems.
Work with suppliers to resolve any issues related to the calibration or performance of measurement and test equipment.
Provide technical support for calibration activities and equipment maintenance.
Conduct a periodic line audit to ensure the calibration status and performance of the equipment.

Essential Attributes

Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017
Knowledge on evaluation of measurement uncertainty

Education Requirements

Diploma or BE / B. Tech in Instrumentation / electronics / electrical / mechanical discipline.

Experience

2-5 years’ experience in Electrical, Thermal, RF & Mechanical equipment’s
