Aseptic Process Validation Engineer II

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Duration: 12 months - Extension or conversion potential

We are hiring an Aseptic Process Validation Engineer II to support validation, testing, and process improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role focuses on hands-on equipment validation, technical documentation, data analysis, and compliance support for aseptic operations.

Key Responsibilities

Execute IQ/OQ and process validation activities
Perform testing per SOPs, protocols, and test methods
Analyze test data, identify trends, and document results
Draft protocols, reports, and SOPs
Support troubleshooting, investigations, and CAPA activities
Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
4+ years of validation or process engineering experience
Experience with IQ/OQ, technical documentation, and data analysis.

Preferred

Familiarity with statistical analysis and software
Medical device or pharmaceutical experience
