📍 Location: Bangalore / New Delhi
💼 Experience: 12+ Years in PHY/RF Software Development
We are looking for a senior 4G/5G Layer-1 / PHY professional with deep hands-on experience in LTE/5G NR Physical Layer development and technical leadership.
Mandatory Expertise
• Strong experience in LTE / 5G NR PHY / Layer-1
• Strong DSP and signal processing background
• Hands-on experience in C/C++, MATLAB and real-time embedded systems
• Strong knowledge of MIMO, Beamforming, Modulation/Demodulation
• Experience with FEC, LDPC, Turbo decoding
• Hands-on exposure to FFT/IFFT, Complex I/Q processing, Channel Estimation & Equalization
• Experience with FPGA / ASIC / DSP / GPU-based PHY implementation or optimization
• Strong experience with CPRI/eCPRI, Fronthaul and L1 acceleration
• Experience with eNodeB/gNodeB, vRAN/O-RAN or custom RAN platforms
Role
You will drive architecture, development and delivery of large-scale 4G/5G L1 products, optimize PHY performance for latency/throughput, mentor high-performance L1 teams, interface with RF/L2/Fronthaul teams, and support complex customer deployments.
Leadership Requirement
We are specifically looking for candidates who have:
• Led senior L1/PHY engineering teams
• Driven end-to-end 4G/5G product programs
• Handled customer/product delivery and technical stakeholders
