Wire Harness Design Engineer

We are hiring a Wire Harness Design Engineer to support the development of robust and high performance electrical systems within a fast paced engineering environment.
This role will focus on the design and definition of harness solutions while also supporting build and integration activities. You will work closely with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are practical, reliable, and manufacturable.

What you will do:
• Develop harness designs, schematics, and detailed documentation
• Define wire types, routing strategies, shielding, and protection methods
• Select connectors, terminals, and supporting components
• Support prototype builds and transition into production
• Ensure designs meet electrical, environmental, and regulatory requirements

What we are looking for:
• Experience with harness design tools such as Zuken, Capital, or similar
• Strong understanding of electrical integration and system architecture
• Ability to interpret and create detailed engineering drawings
• Detail oriented approach with a focus on quality and compliance
