About the Job

From AI accelerators drawing 1000+ Amps to GaN power stages handling hundreds of volts to transceiver SoCs enabling 5G base stations — the silicon that powers the world's most demanding systems is being built right here in Texas Instruments Bangalore.

We are hiring Analog Product Engineers, Analog Test Engineers, and Analog Validation Engineers across four of TI's most strategically critical and high-growth product lines.
If you want your work to be measured in kilowatts delivered, milliseconds of transient response, and gigabits per second — read on.

🏆 The Teams You Could Join

1️⃣ High Voltage Power (HVP) — AC/DC · GaN · Isolated DC/DC
Work on some of the world's most advanced power solutions — AC/DC controllers, isolated DC/DC converters, GaN-integrated power stages, and modules rated for hundreds of volts. TI is actively expanding this capability to Bangalore — and you could be there from Day 1, shaping the team, the culture, and the product roadmap.
🔋 Your silicon will power industrial equipment, EV charging infrastructure, and next-gen power supplies globally.
🔓 Open for: Analog Product Engineering · Analog Test Engineering · Analog Validation Engineering

2️⃣ Wide-VIN Buck Regulators — Industrial & Automotive (60V+)
Drive concept-to-production execution on Wide-VIN buck regulators (>60V input) for TI's industrial and automotive portfolios. Own silicon characterization, ATE test development, and bench validation end-to-end. Collaborate across architecture, layout, DFT, systems, and applications teams — with full product lifecycle accountability right here in Bangalore.
🚗 Your validated silicon will ship in millions of industrial and automotive systems worldwide.
🔓 Open for: Analog Product Engineering · Analog Test Engineering · Analog Validation Engineering

3️⃣ Wireless Infrastructure — Transceiver SoCs for 4G / 4.5G / AAS Base Stations
Characterize and validate integrated transceiver SoCs for 3G/4G/4.5G/AAS base station markets — across low-IF, zero-IF, and RF sampling architectures. This is design-from-scratch, not sustaining work. Our team holds 250+ granted patents — your next breakthrough could be one of them.
📡 Your work directly enables the global wireless infrastructure that billions of people depend on every day.
🔓 Open for: Analog Product Engineering · Analog Test Engineering · Analog Validation Engineering

4️⃣ Multiphase Power Products (MPP) — AI · GPU · CPU · Data Center Power Delivery
This is where semiconductor engineering meets the AI revolution.
The explosive growth of AI compute — NVidia GPUs, Google TPUs, AMD processors, AWS hyperscale infrastructure — is driving xPU power consumption to kilowatt levels (>1000A at Vcore). Datacenter busbar architecture has evolved from 12V → 48V → 800V, with Integrated Voltage Regulators (IVRs) redefining power delivery.
TI's MPP team builds the multiphase DC/DC controllers and smart power stage solutions that make this possible — collaborating directly with power architects at NVidia, Google, AMD, and AWS to solve the hardest efficiency, transient performance, and power density challenges in the industry.
⚡ If you want to work on the silicon that literally powers AI — this is it.
