Role Overview
As a VLSI Faculty, you will be responsible for delivering placement-oriented technical lectures, creating high-quality learning content, mentoring students, and helping them become industry-ready. You will leverage your real-world experience to teach practical concepts, guide projects, and prepare students for interviews with top semiconductor companies.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging online VLSI subjects lectures.
Teach concepts with a practical, industry-oriented approach.
Develop and update course content, presentations, assignments, and lab exercises.
Conduct hands-on sessions using industry-standard EDA tools.
Mentor students on projects, technical problem-solving, and career planning.
Conduct mock interviews, resume reviews, and placement preparation sessions.
Evaluate student performance through quizzes, assignments, and assessments.
Stay updated with the latest semiconductor technologies and industry trends.
Collaborate with the curriculum team to continuously improve training content.
Record video lectures and create learning resources when required

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, ECE, VLSI, Microelectronics, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant industry experience in VLSI or semiconductor design (preferred).
Prior teaching, corporate training, or mentoring experience is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong technical knowledge with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring engineers.
