- Define and implement new DRAM verification strategies, including AI-driven methodologies
- Partner with design verification teams to standardize verification approaches
- Develop and maintain analog verification testbenches, tools, and software
- Build expertise in DRAM circuit design and verification
- Execute verification workflows using industry-standard tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with digital and analog VLSI circuit design and verification
- Proficiency in Python programming
- Hands-on experience with Verilog, SPICE, and simulation debugging
- Experience working in a Linux environment and with Cadence Virtuoso
- Strong understanding of DRAM circuit design and operation
- Experience with SystemVerilog and UVM-based digital verification
- Familiarity with CMOS degradation mechanisms such as NBTI and CHC
- Interest in applying AI to improve verification processes and methodologies
- Experience leading projects or driving technical initiatives
- Strong technical presentation and reporting skills
