About the Role

Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to support coordination and planning efforts
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and owners to support model-based project delivery
Perform clash detection, constructability reviews, and sequencing analysis using VDC tools
Identify coordination challenges and propose solutions that balance field realities with design and client priorities
Support development of BIM deliverables for handover, including asset data and digital turnover
Apply and maintain VDC standards, workflows, and QA/QC processes
Support field teams while also contributing to higher-level coordination discussions and project strategy
Assist in training and guiding stakeholders on VDC tools and workflows
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in construction (commercial or large-scale projects preferred)
Proven ability to read and interpret architectural, design drawings, trade / shop drawings, owner contracts, Bim / VDC Standards
