What You’ll Do
Write and execute validation protocols
Support IQ / OQ / PQ activities
Validate manufacturing and laboratory equipment
Support equipment and process validation activities
Review and improve validation documentation
Help update validation work to align with ISO 13485 standards
Partner with engineering, quality, and operations teams
Help drive validation timelines tied to launch readiness
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of validation engineering experience
Experience writing and executing validation protocols
Hands-on IQ / OQ / PQ experience
Equipment and process validation experience
ISO 13485 experience required
Experience in medical device, diagnostics, biotech, or pharma environments
Comfortable in a fast-paced, highly collaborative onsite environment
Preferred
Lab equipment validation experience
GMP experience
Risk-based validation experience
Startup or fast-growth environment experience
Location: Petaluma, CA
