Responsibilities
Efficiently and effectively manage UX/UI for new product development from start to finish with no required assistance from other team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on time, high-quality mockups or prototypes in alignment with product team KPI’s and goals.
Effectively lead UX/UI design for 1-2 major projects, with no required assistance from other team members.
Support or co-lead UX/UI design for 1 or more large or small-scale projects.
Support or train all lower-level designers on design best practices.
Lead UX/UI meetings and support agile methodologies with no required assistance from other team members.
Lead the education of product development teams on new project intake protocols and procedures.
Design, iterate, and maintain UX/UI for cloud-hosted & SAAS applications, following established software design methodologies.
Design, iterate, and maintain UX/UI for iOS & Android applications, following established mobile design methodologies.
Support the development and maintenance of the IDEMIA design system.
Lead or support user researcher in developing test plans and conducting testing to ensure interface usability, functionality and compatibility with existing technologies
Analyzes results of user testing to define interface requirements and develop specifications or prototypes.
Manage and maintain tickets using Atlassian services (i.e. Jira/Confluence) or other similar management tools.
Respond to user support inquiries or feedback
**The US base salary range for this position is $93,440 - $116,813 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the compensation target for the role across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Requires an understanding of front-end programming technologies, which may include HTML, JavaScript, CSS, or others.
Requires thorough understanding of and experience with designing responsive layouts for a variety of form factors.
Requires experience designing products for a technology, security, or biometrics organization.
Requires a detail-oriented approach to design.
Requires a thorough understanding of industry-standard best practices and principles for design.
The US base salary for this full-time position is $93,440 - $116,813 plus bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
