Description:

Invoke is a consulting and innovation firm focused on delivering Intelligent Automation solutions that solve real operational challenges. We partner with organizations across industries, including the public sector, to design and implement scalable RPA and AI-driven workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.

Our teams work hands-on with clients to automate complex processes across a range of systems, from modern applications to legacy environments. A significant portion of our work is within the public sector, where we help government organizations streamline high-volume processes, improve data quality, and modernize critical operations through automation.

We are looking for a UiPath Developer to join our automation team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions for our clients. In this role, you will be working directly on public sector engagements, building and maintaining automation workflows using UiPath that support critical processes and deliver meaningful operational impact.

As this role supports public sector clients, U.S. citizenship is required.

Role/Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using UiPath across a variety of client use cases
Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities
Participate in client workshops, design discussions, and testing activities throughout the project lifecycle
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including workflow design and configuration within UiPath
Support the deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvement of automation solutions
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure reliability of bots
Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and the development of best practices across the team
Assist in estimating effort, evaluating changes, and supporting delivery planning as needed
Work with a range of systems including web applications, APIs, and legacy platforms

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience developing automation workflows using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots)
Understanding of RPA concepts, including process automation, exception handling, and logging
Experience working with a variety of systems (e.g., web applications, desktop environments, or legacy platforms)
Experience with programming or scripting (e.g., Python, C#, or similar)
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in client-facing environments
US Citizenship (required for public sector clients)
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to ~25%)

Nice To Have:

Experience building reusable components or working with automation frameworks (e.g., REFramework)
Exposure to APIs, system integrations, or more complex automation workflows
Experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery environments
Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS) or Linux
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
