UI UX Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking A UI UX Engineer or ( User Experience Engineer Developer) that can bridges the gap between design and engineering by coding user interfaces, building interactive prototypes, and ensuring visual designs are implemented effectively. Location: Austin, Texas

Years of experience needed: 5 to 10 years of experience as UI UX Engineer

Technical Skills:


Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks React JS, Node JS

Design Tools: Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch to interpret design


assets.


UX Principles: Understanding of user-centered design, usability testing methodologies, and accessibility standards.

Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to act as a bridge between design teams and technical teams.

Other technical skills required are Typescripts, Wireframing, GenAI, node npm, Node js


Key Responsibilities


Front-End Implementation: Developing high-quality code (HTML/CSS/JS) to build user-facing features, translating design wireframes into functional web or app components.

Prototyping: Creating sophisticated, interactive prototypes with live data to test interaction design and technical feasibility.

Bridging Teams: Collaborating closely with UX designers, UX researchers, and back-end engineers to ensure the final product matches design intent and user research insights.

Performance & Fidelity: Optimizing front-end components for maximum speed, scalability, and visual fidelity across devices.

Usability Testing: Assisting in user testing and A/B testing to refine UI functionality based on feedback.


Behavioral Skills:


Excellent Communication skills and collaboration skills

Ability to propose and lead improvements in the system

Ability to work with and manage cross-functional stakeholders
