We are seeking a Turnkey Developer to collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify and develop HVAC contracting projects, including scope development, cost estimating, and proposal support.

Responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates, evaluating site conditions, reviewing bid documents, negotiating with vendors, and supporting project acquisition efforts.

Requirements include a degree in Engineering or Construction Management, HVAC or project management experience, knowledge of construction and HVAC systems, and flexibility for fieldwork and travel.
