This supervisory role includes mentoring and guiding engineering and technical staff, identifying training needs, and fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous learning. The selected candidate will coordinate effectively with contractors, project managers, and inspectors to proactively resolve challenges, support team members' career growth, and ensure successful project delivery.
