The Trainee Design Engineer will support the Product Design and Engineering team in developing, modifying, and improving products, machine components, tooling, and manufacturing solutions

Your Tasks

The role involves creating detailed engineering drawings, 3D models, reverse engineering activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and cost-effective design solutions while ensuring manufacturability, quality, and safety standards.
CAD & Design Software knowledge with any of these skills – AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Solid Edge, CATIA V5, SolidWorks (Basic) , Siemens NX (Basic)
Engineering drawing interpretation and GD&T basics
Mechanical design fundamentals with basic design calculations
Manufacturing processes, machining basics and product development lifecycle understanding

Systems & Software: (Preferred)

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
SAP (Basic Knowledge Preferred)

Willingness to learn new technologies and software tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
