Skilled and detail-oriented Tool Engineer to lead tooling maintenance operations. Ability to repair, maintain, and optimize die-casting tools and molds and ensures operational efficiency and safety.

Ability to read 2D- Drawings and 3D models preferably in Siemens NX / MasterCAM
Operation of conventional and CNC-machines (Flat Grinder, Radial Drill, CNC Lathe, CNC Mill,..)
Preparing and executing CNC Programs (CNC control and using MasterCAM)
Repair and Maintenance Planning
Tracking Repair and Maintenance using SAP/HANA
Supervision of all maintenance and repair jobs
Checking Welding of die components
Optimization of mold sets. Trimming dies and sprayheads
Quality Assurance for mold components and produced casting parts

Requirements:
Bachelors degree preferred
5+ years hands on experience with CAD/CAM and die shop planning
Mold repair and maintenance and Welding
