Testing Lead

Qualifications:

Required:

· 8–12+ years of SAP testing experience

· 3–5+ years in a Test Lead or Test Manager role

· U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a NASA Public Trust clearance

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

· Experience supporting SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementations

· Experience with testing tools such as Tricentis Tosca, SAP Solution Manager, Jira, or similar platforms

· Experience developing and managing regression testing strategies

· Experience performing integration testing across SAP and non-SAP systems

· Strong stakeholder communication skills

· Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring ability

· Experience with quality assurance governance and risk management practices

· Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery models

· Experience with test automation frameworks

· Experience applying risk-based testing approaches

· Experience validating data migration activities

· Experience testing APIs and system interfaces

Desired:

· SAP Certification

· SAFe experience and/or certification
