Support research, analysis, planning, development, and implementation of system and policy changes.
Facilitate and lead project-related meetings, ensuring clear communication among stakeholders.
Document testing activities and produce detailed reports on findings and outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing coverage and accuracy.
Assist with system validation efforts related to federal rules, state mandates, and policy updates.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and operational goals.

Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Experience working with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) in a testing capacity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and resolve issues.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
Proven ability to interact effectively with project teams, leadership, and IT personnel.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to understand, interpret, and apply regulations, policies, and procedures.
Experience leading or facilitating meetings and coordinating project activities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
