A minimum of 15 years of experience in managing energization processes in large-scale
projects, ideally in the oil and gas or petrochemical sectors.
Expertise in Turbine Generator testing and commissioning
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the role of Lead Engineer (design) of large-scale
project in oil & gas sector.
Thorough knowledge of electrical systems design, procurement engineering of
Electrical equipment, and site testing methods.
Understanding of complete project schedule, energization requirement and procedure
Demonstrated experience in leading and coordinating electrical equipment testing
activities.
Familiarity with protection devices.
Skills
Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills.
Outstanding communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, contractors,
and clients.
Project management skills, with the capability to handle multiple tasks and meet
deadlines.
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
Proficient in MS Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and comparable computer programs.
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
