Control Systems Engineer (Validation & Integration)
📍 Location: Mossville, IL (On-site)
📅 Duration: 12 Months Contract
💰 Rate: Up to $50/hr (W2)
🔧 About the Role
We’re hiring a System Validation Engineer to support next-generation remote control and autonomous machine systems. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on integrating and validating embedded control systems, communication networks, and vision-based features on real machines.

🛠️ Key Responsibilitie
sPlan and execute system-level validation & verification for machines and integrated system
sPerform system integration and regression testing across hardware, software, and control
sConfigure machines for testing (software flashing, setup, instrumentation
)Capture and analyze data using sensors, loggers, and diagnostic tool
sValidate communication interfaces using Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, CAPL) and Wireshar
kTroubleshoot complex issues across embedded systems, controls, and network
sDevelop and maintain test plans, procedures, and validation documentatio
nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and validate fixe

✅ Required Qualificatio
nsBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering or related fie
ld4+ years of experience in system integration & validation (embedded systems preferre
d)Hands-on experience with machine/system setup, configuration, and instrumentati
onStrong knowledge of CAN, Ethernet, TCP/IP, and communication protoco
lsExperience with Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, CAP
L)Experience using Wireshark for network analysis and debuggi
ngStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skil
lsAbility to work in cross-functional engineering tea
