Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.
Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
Establish and implement product test processes within the ISP electronics manufacturing environment to ensure reliable and efficient testing operations.
Perform tester installation, commissioning, and quality assurance (QA) activities using ICT principles, programming, and test optimization techniques.
Maintain and troubleshoot test equipment to ensure continuous production readiness and minimize downtime.
Provide debugging and analytical support for test and product-related issues, leveraging knowledge of active and passive electronic components.
Apply quality tools and methodologies such as Cpk and Gauge R&R to monitor test effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain and update test documentation, procedures, and process records to ensure compliance and knowledge retention.
Essential Attributes
Product test process establishment.
Tester installation.
Commissioning and quality assurance.
Sound ICT principles and ICT programming/fine-tuning.
Components (actives and passives) Debugging and analytical ability; quality tools (Cpk, Gauge R&R).
Test equipment maintenance; professional knowledge of Electronics / Mechanics.
Minimum Relevant Experience: 2 to 15 Years
Education Qualifications: Diploma / BE / B.Tech / BCA / BSc.
