Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.
Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities
Strong understanding of Circuit schematic.
Knowledge on Automotive communication protocols.
Good knowledge on Adv Microcontrollers, Analog and Digital Input& Output signals"
Build New ATE's using Keysight and Nationals instrument Test Equipment’s. (PXI, LXI/GPIB)
Design and Develop Test fixtures for ICT i3070 used in Production.
Should development Test programs for Keysight i3070/Teradyne ICT.
Designing the Testing Concepts and choosing hardware.
Selection of best equipment’s and technologies to develop the Complete ATE
Meeting with Customer and presenting the ATE status. Monitor FPY and NTF. Improve Yield.
Create Standard Operating procedure, Checklist Preparation for Process verification.
Able to use 6 Six sigma tools.
Create FMEA Validation of testers (CpCpK, GR&R).
Should debug the Circuit Problems and simulate signals to Measure analyse.
Ability to solve complex production issues & provide good solution.
Essential Attributes
Complete Running ATE Tester Developed ICT program.
Flying Probe test Program.
Design lead time/Review.
Complete Fixture build, Lead time.
Good Tester FP.
High Tester MTBF.
Communication, Teamwork, Analytical, Collaboration.
Documentation and standard process, Customer complaints, etc.
Production issues, UPDT, Checklist, Improvements, FPY.
Spares list, PM checklist and calibrations, Training, MTBF, MTTR
Technical Specification, Process, ECN PCN.
Automotive Projects, RF products Development.
Qualifications
BE/M tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
Desired Experience Level
Minimum 7 to 10 years.
