Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college and/or equivalent experience/combined education.
Software programming familiarity including SQL and Python.
Experience in one or more Database Management Systems.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar low-code web platforms.
Experience with UI development for Operations (Manufacturing, Production, Test) data using Grafana, Tableau, and/or PowerBI.
This position requires special access to support various programs and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.
Job Description
As an Test Operations Analytics Engineer for Assembly Test Launch Operations (ATLO) Test Labs and Services (ATLS), you will:
Develop and maintain software tools and metrics for Operations leadership to make critical decisions using data driven designs.
Interface and collaborate with customers to develop and refine requirements.
Coordinate and work integrally with other teams within Operations to include finance, planning, test engineering, and production.
Prepare specifications and design documents, evaluate and communicate with vendors (as needed), and analyze data and reports.
Typically has 2 years of professional experience.
Desired Skills
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
Data Modeling experience for integration of Operations and Financial data.
Experience with designing data systems that comply with cybersecurity requirements.
Understanding of computer networking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members.
Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very complex problems and implement innovative solutions.
Ability to define and document solutions to complex problems and to convey solutions to both senior management and subcontract teams.
