Position: Testing Lead Location: Pierre, SD Duration: 12 Months plus Job Summary
Coordinate testing activities with project leads and IT teams for Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) enhancements and development.
Create, document, and execute comprehensive test scenarios, ensuring system impact analysis across related systems and programs.
Conduct, review, and track testing results; assist in issue remediation and resolution.
Maintain strong understanding of supported business areas, including their processes and integration points.
Participate in or manage program research, analysis, planning, development, and implementation of projects from federal, state, or policy changes.
Gather and analyze data, solve problems logically, and provide resourceful solutions.
Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members, leadership, and IT staff.
Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks independently to meet project deadlines.
Interpret and apply relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
Facilitate and lead project meetings as needed.
Document activities and prepare feedback reports to communicate project status and findings.
Demonstrate hands-on experience with MMIS testing processes and requirements.
