We are seeking mid‑ to senior‑level engineers and analysts with strong backgrounds in space systems testing, experimentation, and evaluation to join our team as mission needs evolve.

Successful candidates will support multiple phases of the DoD acquisition lifecycle, applying rigorous test methodologies to evaluate space systems and capabilities. Experience with developmental, operational, and live‑fire testing, as well as the application of modeling & simulation (M&S) and hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HWIL) approaches, is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities may vary based on experience level and mission needs but may include:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of space system tests and experiments
Design, develop, and execute advanced test and experimentation programs to assess system performance, effectiveness, and suitability
Apply scientific and statistical methods (e.g., design of experiments) to increase test efficiency and produce actionable results
Create, review, and maintain test engineering documentation, including:
Test Plans
Test Information Sheets
Safety Packages
Data Analysis & Management Plans
Technical and Safety Review Board Briefs
Test Readiness Briefs
Test Cards
Test and Analysis Reports
Perform analysis of pre‑test predictions, including results from M&S and HWIL, to design test profiles, define data collection requirements, and establish go/no‑go criteria
Support system, subsystem, and component reviews to ensure data management and analysis plans (DMAPs) enable effective real‑time and post‑mission evaluation
Execute data analysis requests, conduct data quality reviews, resolve anomalies, and analyze results in accordance with approved analysis plans
Run and evaluate simulations to predict or assess system performance under relevant operational scenarios
Monitor M&S data collection and guide test result evaluation against customer requirements and performance expectations
Develop test reports, briefings, and presentations for complex data sets
Create or enhance data analysis tools to support testing and evaluation activities

Required Qualifications (Mid to Senior Level)
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Mathematics, Probability, Statistics, or a related science discipline
5–10+ years of demonstrated systems and/or test engineering experience supporting space, ground, operations, or sustainment segments of DoD programs
