FedTec is seeking Test Engineer (TOSCA) who will support enterprise testing, automated validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and CI/CD quality assurance activities across mission‑critical national security systems.
Location: Remote
Security Clearance: Secret or higher
Certification: CompTIA Security+CE
Required Responsibilities:
Participate as an embedded member of SAFe Agile product teams and support all sprint ceremonies.
Execute functional, regression, API, integration, contract, end to end, performance, and data validation testing across enterprise applications.
Support automated testing integration within CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab and Jenkins in conjunction with TRICENTIS automation frameworks.
Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases, scripts, and validation scenarios based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
Perform functional, API, contract, end to end, security, and performance testing activities to validate system readiness.
Coordinate defect tracking, reporting, and resolution activities with development and product teams.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, test data preparation, execution support, and operational validation activities.
Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and Government stakeholders to establish automated pipeline quality gates, testing thresholds, and operational readiness standards.
Participate in Test & Evaluation Working Integrated Product Team (T&E WIPT) activities and enterprise testing coordination.
Identify testing gaps, coverage issues, and quality risks, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Required experience.
Active Secret Clearance with ability to maintain clearance throughout employment.
Hands on experience with the TRICENTIS testing suite, including:
Tricentis Tosca for automated functional and regression testing
Tricentis API Testing for API and contract validation
Tricentis Tosca Test Data Management (TDM) for synthetic and masked test data management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Experience supporting Agile/SAFe software development environments.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of API testing, functional testing, regression testing, and defect management processes.
Experience using Jira and Agile project management tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in fast paced federal or DoD environments.
