You are a detail-oriented engineer with a strong foundation in manufacturing testing and troubleshooting. With a hands-on approach, you excel at developing Manufacturing Test Procedures (MTPs) and Standard Work documentation to enhance efficiency and compliance. You collaborate closely with Systems and Design Engineering teams to verify requirements and troubleshoot complex issues, ensuring the reliability and performance of aerospace systems. Always striving for innovation, you continuously refine testing methodologies to optimize production and improve aircraft performance.

Forward Thinking
Bachelors Degree or pursuing - prefer Electrical Engineering
F-16 Avionics Electrical Experience
CATIA experience
Yellow / Green Belt – Lean
Experience developing work instructions / test documents
Experience with Systems Engineering and Production Operations to quantify, validate and coordinate requirements-Software programming
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with Microsoft Office products

- Develop and maintain Standard Work documentation to streamline processes, enhance consistency, and improve efficiency.
- Lead advanced troubleshooting efforts for electrical, avionics, and systems integration issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with Systems and Design Engineering teams to verify and validate engineering requirements during testing phases.
