What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for component, board, and system-level validation
Design and build custom test fixtures and automated test equipment (ATE)
Plan, schedule, and execute testing to support manufacturing and product validation
Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and system-level issues to identify root causes
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Product teams
Analyze test data and generate insights to drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment
Strong experience with test automation, data analysis, and electronics testing
Background working with complex electronics (telematics, displays, embedded systems, etc.)
Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, or similar automation tools
Programming experience (C++, Python, LabVIEW, or similar)
Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
