Develop maintainable test automation frameworks, tools, and automated test suites in response to the growing feature set and customer requirements
Develop test cases for the functional testing of new features and enhancements
Validate the Network protocol (L2/L3) implementation and validate the test steps
Testing the protocol configurations such as OSPF, BGP, DHCP and DNS and certifying that the protocol is behaving in line with the requirement.
Work closely with software engineers, test engineers, and product managers from the beginning of the development cycle and be an integral part of the Agile Engineering team
Work in a fast-paced continuous integration and continuous delivery-based engineering environment
Skill and Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of overall experience
Experience in Agile/Scrum or full software development life cycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and defect fixing
Strong Experience in automation using Python, Shell, Rest API
Strong experience in testing Networking Protocols - TCP/IP, HSRP, VRRP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs and EVPN.
Strong experience in MPLS., DNS, DHCP
Knowledge of Linux environments and LAN & WAN
Work experience with Jira, GitHub, and Jenkins
Very good experience in Linux and Linux systems.
Location: Bangalore only. Hybrid mode – WFO- two days per week.
